We love a sweet tender cooked carrot, and the air fryer makes roasted carrots so simple. Toss whole peeled carrots with just a bit of oil and your choice of spices. How to Make Carrots in the Air Fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Trim the ends of the carrots and peel the carrots on all sides.
  3. Once the air fryer is hot, place the carrots in the air fryer basket. Drizzle olive oil over the top and shake the basket to coat the carrots completely in oil. Then sprinkle garlic powder over the carrots and give them a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper.
