Erin Hawley

This weekend’s cocktail is a must-try from Erin Hawley, one of our most-loved mixologists in Asheville. This is one of my favorites this season. You’ve got to try it!

A quick note from Erin about her beverage…

Kumquats are only available for a small window of time each year. I try to use kumquats as much as I can in the winter. This cocktail is a traditional “smash” which is perfect for this miniature citrus fruit.
