PLUM GINGER WHISKEY SOUR:

This cocktail is a variation on a classic whiskey sour recipe.

However, a rich plum syrup and fresh ginger juice make it a perfect cocktail for transitioning into fall.

Egg whites are traditionally used in a whiskey sour to provide a rich silky frothy texture.

Don’t be afraid of the egg whites in cocktails, bartenders use them all the time. As long as the shell is washed before cracking, the risk of salmonella is almost nil.
