What makes Harry Potter Pumpkin Juice special is that it isn’t just a pumpkin drink. Instead, this is a juice blend containing pumpkin, apple, nectarine (or peach), and a few key baking spices. It’s sweet, kissed with fall spice, and tastes like fall.
After MANY test runs and tastings, this is the combination that best represents Harry Potter World and keeps my family coming back for more. I have a feeling I’ll even be making batches in the spring and summer!
Our chilled pumpkin juice recipe is a snap to blend up like magic in only a few minutes and is sure to make muggles and wizards alike happy.

Blend the ingredients as directed for 30-60 seconds. Then add 4-6 cups of ice, and blend again until frosty. Note: You might need to work in batches to make all 8 servings as blended drinks.
Certainly! Blend in 1 ounce of dark spiced rum for each 8oz serving you are making. So for this recipe that serves 8, add 8 ounces of rum to the blender. Or make the pitcher nonalcoholic, and mix in alcohol to individual glasses.
You can definitely heat up the juice and enjoy it as a sip-able warm drink. Once blended, heat in a pan on the stovetop or in the microwave until the temperature is to your liking.
It will last for up to a week in a sealed container in the fridge.
In our local grocery stores, both items are in either the juice aisle (with the fancier bottles) or in the international food section, sold in small cans. You can also buy either type of juice online. In a pinch, use white grape juice instead.
