Ingredients and Tips
- Kielbasa sausage links – Polish kielbasa is different from regular smoked sausage in that it has a distinct, heavy garlic flavor and coarse texture. It won’t taste exactly the same, but feel free to use any smoked sausage you like for this sheet-pan dinner.
- Baby potatoes – Try to find small potatoes that are uniform in size so they cook evenly.
- Peppers, onions, and garlic – Yellow onions are sweeter with a nice bite. Use any color bell peppers you like!
- Olive oil – Use a high-quality EVOO for the best taste, or other neutral-tasting high-heat oil like avocado oil or sunflower oil.
- Spices – A simple combination of paprika, salt, and pepper is all you need to complement the flavors of the veggies and sausage.
How to Make Sheet Pan Kielbasa Sausage and Veggies
Tips for Success – A rimmed baking sheet with a bit of a lip really is ideal here. The sausage and vegetables release some moisture while cooking, which could drip in the oven.
