    I LOVE the texture of steel-cut oats, but don’t love that it takes at least 30 minutes to get breakfast on the table. This slow-cooker version needs to happen, breakfast immediately upon waking up!

    For men do not use Soy Milk. Soy isn’t good for anyone really, but especially men. It raises estrogen levels. Switch out the Soy milk for Almond, or Coconut milk.
