Usually by the time New Year’s Eve rolls around, am ready to take a break from cooking. For a solid month, I’ve made cookies, fudge, elaborate dinners, and party foods.
On December 31st I want to sip champagne and take it easy.
That’s when my 5 Ingredient Pulled Pork Nachos come in handy. They are fun, festive and oh so delicious. Plus as you can see by the name, they require only 5 pre-made ingredients you can find at most grocery stores.
- Potato Chips
- Pulled Pork (Find in the prepared food section.)
- Shredded Cheese
- BBQ Sauce
- Pico de Gallo (In the produce department.)

I have been drooling over these nachos for weeks and I had to take a closer look. So yummy!!!!! Love it!
Perfect for football! I love the idea of potato chips instead of corn chips, I’d love to use that jalapeno kettle chips.
I would have a terribly hard time staying out of these! What a great appetizer for tailgating parties or the Super Bowl!
