Zest of 1 lemon
Pinch
of salt

Instructions
Set out a mixing bowl and a hand mixer. Measure the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt into the bowl.
Whip on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and thick. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When you're ready to enjoy, scoop the whipped ricotta into a serving bowl. Then sprinkle anything you like over the top as a garnish.
