Sweet, creamy, and fluffy whipped honey butter is easy to customize with add-ins (like cinnamon or spicy cayenne) and perfect for spreading onto biscuits, rolls, or any of your favorite baked goods!
Set the butter out and allow it to warm to room temperature. Then place the butter, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer, beat on high until the honey butter comes together and is very smooth and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Scrape the bowl with a spatula, and beat again for 10-20 seconds to make sure there are no clumps. *If adding extra herbs or spices, beat them in here.
Serve immediately or move the honey butter to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
