This sweet and satisfying breakfast, snack or dessert is easy to whip up with simple ingredients like greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Add on your favorite toppings like fruit jam, caramel sauce, or decadent chocolate sauce for an extra yummy treat!
Set out a mixing bowl. Measure the plain Greek yogurt, protein powder, milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl. Mix until the pudding is very smooth with no clumps. If needed, use a whisk or egg beater to remove the clumps.
Spoon the pudding into six ½ cup jars. If adding toppings, spoon about 1 tablespoon of topping over each pudding cup.
Cover the jars with lids and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
To make Chocolate Protein Pudding – 2 cups plain Greek yogurt ½ cup chocolate protein powder 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 3-4 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons sweetener (sugar or monkfruit sweetener) 1 teaspoon vanilla extractIf you'd like to make chocolate protein pudding instead of vanilla, simply use chocolate protein powder + 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder instead of vanilla protein powder. You may need to add an additional tablespoon of milk for the right consistency.Homemade protein yogurt will keep well in the fridge for up to 7 days. Store it in an airtight container, and I recommend adding the topping shortly before serving.
