Instructions
Set out a small bowl. Measure all the ingredients and add to the bowl.
Stir well.
Move the seasoning blend to an airtight container and keep in the pantry for up to a year.

Simple Pork Chop Brine -
½ cup kosher salt, ½ cup light brown sugar, 1 cup boiling water, 3 cups cold water.
Mix the salt and sugar into the boiling water until dissolved. Then add cold water to lower the temperature.
Add the pork chops to the brine, and let them soak for 1-8 hours.
Remove from the brine and pat dry before seasoning and cooking.
