Peach Salad Recipe
On a warm, summer day, there's nothing more refreshing than this light and sweet peach salad recipe. I love making this whenever peaches are in season, and I toss in basil leaves, creamy goat cheese and just a drizzle of honey for an all around winning salad.

Ingredients
- 4-6 ripe peaches pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 basil leaves thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup lemon chevre or plain chevre with a little lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the peaches in a bowl. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
- Gently fold in basil and chevre. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can keep peach salad in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. However, if you plan to make it ahead, it's best to add the basil right before serving.
