Mango Smoothie Recipe with Green Tea

Ingredients

ripe mangoes
or 2 cups frozen mango

boiling water

green tea bags
2

frozen banana
honey

Instructions
Add the tea bags to the hot water, then place in the freezer to cool while you are preparing the rest of the smoothie.
Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and place the flesh in the blender. Add the ice, one half of a frozen banana, and 1 tablespoon of honey if you like.
Then remove the tea from the freezer and discard the tea bags. Pour the tea in the blender, cover, and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
