Learn the simple steps for how to make a delightfully sweet (better than Starbucks!) brown sugar syrup that's perfect for adding to hot drinks, cold drinks, and more.
Set a small sauce pot over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of water to the pot followed by 1 cup of packed brown sugar. Stir well, then allow the mixture to come to a boil.
Once boiling, stir and set the timer for 1 minute. When the timer goes off, remove from heat.
Allow the brown sugar syrup to cool completely before using or storing.
