Bisquick baking mix

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

cream cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Set out a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix by hand until the mixture is smooth and even.
Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll them tight so they don’t crack while baking.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
