Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark berries blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries
  • 1 scoop Greens Plus Advanced Multi Wild Berry Superfood
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender. Puree until smooth. Makes 1 large or two small smoothies.
