Heat pomegranate juice until just before a boil. Remove from heat and add the sugar, pomegranate molasses, and orange blossom water. Stir to dissolve, and let cool.
For the Smoke & Mirrors Cocktail:
Shake all ingredients together and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime and some fresh pomegranate seeds.
