Place a large deep skillet over medium heat. Once hot, toast the pine nuts for 1-3 minutes until golden brown. Then remove the pine nuts from the skillet and set aside.
Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the garlic powder, dried thyme, bread cubes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper. Toast well to coat. Allow the bread cubes to toast on all sides, stirring and flipping every 1-2 minutes, until all sides are golden. Remove from heat.
Place the kale in a large bowl. Add the sliced radishes, croutons, parmesan cheese, and toasted pine nuts to the bowl. Pour 1/2 cup Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Caesar Salad Dressing over the top and toss to coat. Add more dressing if desired.
