  • Place a large deep skillet over medium heat. Once hot, toast the pine nuts for 1-3 minutes until golden brown. Then remove the pine nuts from the skillet and set aside.
  • Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the garlic powder, dried thyme, bread cubes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper. Toast well to coat. Allow the bread cubes to toast on all sides, stirring and flipping every 1-2 minutes, until all sides are golden. Remove from heat.
  • Place the kale in a large bowl. Add the sliced radishes, croutons, parmesan cheese, and toasted pine nuts to the bowl. Pour 1/2 cup Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Caesar Salad Dressing over the top and toss to coat. Add more dressing if desired.
