3 Budwig Diet Cheese Spread Recipes

Berry Spread Add-Ins:
- 6 raspberries (or 2 strawberries)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
Choco-Cinnamon Spread Add-Ins:
Spicy Avocado Spread Add-Ins:
For the Budwig Protocol: Place the flax seeds in a coffee or spice grinder. Grind until mostly chopped up.
Place the cottage cheese and flax oil in a wide jar or glass. Puree, with an immersion blender, into a creamy paste that resembles whipped butter.
Mix the ground flax seeds into the cheese blend by hand.
For The Add-Ins: Choose your preferred add-ins and mix by hand. If making the berry spread, smash the berries into the mixture with the back of a spoon.
Eat the mixture within 15 minutes.
