Place the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
Add in the marshmallow fluff, fresh lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat again until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with 4-6 cups of your favorite fruits.

Pro Tip:If cutting apples or pears ahead of an event, make sure to squeeze lemon juice over the slices and toss them so they don’t brown.
