Wilted Honey Butter Kale Recipe

Simple and amazing Wilted Honey Butter Kale Recipe. Quite possibly the best sautéed kale recipe you'll ever try!

Ingredients

  • Wash the kale thoroughly. Then fold each leaf in half along the stem, and cut or rip the leaves off the stems. Discard the stems and roughly chop the leaves.
  • Place the butter, honey, and garlic in a large stock pot with 1/4 cup water. Turn on medium heat and add all the chopped kale to the pot. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper. Then cover the pot and steam for 5 minutes.
  • Stir the kale to wilt. Then cover and steam another 3-5 minutes until fully wilted. Stir in the sesame seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
