Interview with Chef Hugh Acheson
Last week I had the opportunity to interview someone famous… Chef Hugh Acheson. Let me tell you all about it!
Recognize this guy?
That’s Chef Hugh Acheson… Top Chef Masters Competitor turned Top Chef Judge. Six time James Beard Nominee. Two time James Beard Award Winner.
He’s an author, the owner and head chef at FIVE popular restaurants in the south, and a huge advocate for supporting your community by eating locally grown food.
You could say he’s kind of a big deal.
And guess what, last week I got to interview him! He actually called me… I’m saving his number in my cell phone in case of culinary emergencies. *wink*

Make sure to submit your recipe before September 23rd, 2014… that’s next week!
On November 12, 2014, Newman’s Own will announce the $35,000 grand prize winner and charity, as well as four runners-up, who will each direct $1,000 donations to their selected nonprofit organizations.
This contest holds true to the purpose and heart of Paul Newman, a man who believed the little choices we make in life add up to big differences!
