I’m sure most of you are busy spending time with family today and not surfing the web, but I still wanted to leave you a quick note.
Memorial Day means different things to different people.
It might signify the kick-off of summer break, the first lake trip of the season, a picnic in your favorite park, or a backyard family barbecue.
But for many, it means remembering a loved one lost. Reliving a costly personal sacrifice that protects the freedoms the rest of us often take for granted.
So I want to say thank you to our brave military families.
Whether you are currently serving overseas, praying for your active-duty child or spouse, finally home after months of service, or in mourning this weekend, please know…
And we are humbly grateful.
Your act of selfless courage betters our daily lives, as well as our future, and we will not forget what you’ve done for us.
With love and prayers,
The Collier Family
