I’ve been trying to stay on a healthy track ever since January.

I have to admit, some of the comfort foods we like to share make that a little bit difficult. We try to have a little splurge, then send the rest of our homemade treats off to friends and neighbors… no complaints from them.

Yet as you know, when life gets hectic, healthy eating and exercise seem to be the two first things to fall off the wagon.

Berry Smoothie Recipe

Our Yogurt Berry Smoothie is full of superfoods and fresh fruits to help you stay energized and focused throughout the day.
Servings: 1 large smoothie


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups dark berries blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries
  • 1 scoop Greens Plus Advanced Multi Wild Berry Superfood
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Place all the ingredients in the blender. Puree until smooth. Makes 1 large or two small smoothies.
