I’ve got a dark and moody weekend cocktail for you today, the Afternoon Tea Cocktail. Bold and complex with a dusky tea undertone. This is a fabulous drink for sipping at winter cocktail parties.
AFTERNOON TEA COCKTAIL
This drink would be nice after dinner sipper.
The amaro is a good digestif and the tea provides nice tannins. If you can’t find Cynar, another darker amaro would still work nicely.
