Ode to Nutella – Easy Nutella Recipes

I’ve got a little something we’ll call “artistic expression” for you today. Ahem…

An Ode to Nutella

Nutella, Nutella, I love you. I do.

I crave you, in morning, and all the day through.

Your silky smooth texture, your rich nutty bite,

I cannot resist you, try as I might.

On biscuits, bananas, berries and bread,

On apples and crackers I spread and I spread.

In muffins, in pie, in custard and cake,

The more you are present, the more that I bake.

Nutella, if only, you knew how I felt,

You cause me to stumble and loosen my belt.

Yet, rounder than ever, you call to my lips

Nutella, forever, will live on my hips.

Yes… I AM a big nerd. How could you tell?

It’s a little more Dr. Suess than Hemingway or Yeats, but I can live with that.

The point is, Nutella is an inspirational food. Today I’ve put together a list of Nutella-licious Treats that are sure to be much more inspiring than my poetry.

I just went through a huge jar and have vowed to keep away from it for awhile. Okay, maybe one more jar, so that I can perfect that Nutella smoothie recipe … one *large* jar. :)

Love Nutella, we go through jars of it, guess I should get making something with it, instead of eating it off a spoon :)

LOVE nutella. I can never get enough of it. I usually have it on a toast with a smear of coconut butter. That combo is literally to-die-for!
