This past week saw the first day of fall and secretly I did the happy dance. I am looking forward to cool evenings sitting in front of a fire with a warm mug of cider in hand. It is just breathtaking to look over the Blue Ridge Mountains during the fall season and watch the leaves on the trees change into gorgeous colors. It’s like mother nature is putting on a colorful party dress.

And most of all, I look forward to seeing all the fall recipes that begin showing up on my Pinterest feed… So many fall recipes and just not enough meals in a day.
