Today’s Five Minute Fix is a 3 ingredient wonder.

I know it’s better not to self-sooth with food… but somedays it takes something like a fresh pineapple milkshake to make the day seem worthwhile.

It just does.

Five Minute Fix

My easy pineapple milkshake can be whipped up in a matter of seconds and tastes like pure sunshine.

With just fresh cut pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and a splash of pineapple juice, you can make a treat that can almost fix anything, from a lost job to a broken heart.

I did say almost.

Add a splash of bourbon and the cares of the day will really wither away.

Try it, you’ll see…

Would this recipe still be just as good with canned pineapple? I have more cans of the stuff than I know what to do with!

When I was a kid, there was a small ice cream place where my brother and I would go. I always, but always, got the pineapple milkshake. I haven’t had one in many many years, so I have got to make this. It looks delicious!

I’m not sure there’s anything better than this, especially on a summer’s day. And I love the bourbon suggestion-I WILL be trying that!
