Guest Post from Marla of Family Fresh Cooking
My kitchen is still under construction. Thankfully I’ve got some great friends willing to help keep A Spicy Perspective current through my season of takeout.
Marla’s recipes and photography are an inspiration. She focuses on creating bright healthy dishes that are loaded with flavor and visual appeal. I often dig through her many vegan and low carb recipe options and love reading about her family, active lifestyle, and life in the Rocky Mountains.
Welcome Marla, and thanks so much for being here!
Well hello there! I am thrilled to be guesting here on A Spicy Perspective today. If we haven’t met all ready I am Marla Meridith from FamilyFreshCooking.com. Nice to meet ya!
Sounds like we have all been craving some springy flavors. Today I am gonna share some of our favorite recipes with you to put some spring in your step!
Forget about that fake pinky stuff you purchase at the store ~ make your own in just minutes! You can even pack it in the lunchbox for your kiddo. Strawberry Milk is a guilt free indulgence, pinky promise.
You can make it vegan with almond, soy or coconut milk or go dairy. Your choice.
If your Easter Bunny is anything like mine then he adores carrots. Especially rainbow carrots. Invite him & your guests to brunch with my Roasted Rainbow Carrot Tart recipe. This is a healthy tart ~ sort of a carrot cake flavor.
This tart is also gluten free and grain free.
These cupcakes have cream cheese frosting and they are perfect for breakfast, brunch or snacks.
This colorful pasta dish would be perfect served at Easter or Mother’s Day brunches and lunches. Also nice for showers. It can easily be made gluten free to suit all guests.
Even in the spring it is nice to have a warming bowl of soup. This one is filled with the colors of the rainbow, you can be sure you are getting a well balanced meal with all the vegetables and chicken!
Looking for some last minute Easter printables. Great! Then I have your back. Put these labels on anything and everything you need to decorate. Would be so cute on homemade gifts and Easter baskets!
Let’s Stay in Touch!
